Self-righteous means having an unwavering belief in one's own moral superiority and being quick to judge and criticize others based on this belief. It often involves a sense of smugness and a lack of empathy towards others' perspectives or experiences. Self-righteous individuals may be perceived as arrogant and intolerant of differing opinions or behaviors. **

Not necessarily. While dogmatic people may strongly adhere to their beliefs and be resistant to change, self-righteousness involves an attitude of moral superiority and a belief in one's own correctness. Dogmatic individuals may simply have a rigid mindset and be unwilling to consider alternative perspectives, without necessarily feeling morally superior to others. However, in some cases, dogmatic beliefs can lead to self-righteous behavior if the individual believes their beliefs are the only correct ones. **

One strategy is to try to see things from their perspective and validate their feelings, even if you don't agree with their behavior. Setting boundaries and calmly expressing your own thoughts and feelings can also help in managing interactions with self-righteous individuals. It's important to remember that you can't control how others behave, but you can control how you respond to them. **

Most people tend to be self-righteous because they have a strong belief in their own moral superiority or correctness. This can stem from a desire to feel validated or important, as well as a need to defend their beliefs or actions. Additionally, societal influences and cultural norms can also play a role in shaping individuals' self-righteous attitudes. Ultimately, self-righteousness can be a way for people to protect their ego and maintain a sense of control in a complex and uncertain world. **

The dictatorship of the righteous is a concept that refers to a form of government in which a single individual or group claims to have the moral authority to rule over others. This authority is often based on religious or ideological beliefs, and those in power believe that they are acting in the best interest of the people, even if it means restricting individual freedoms and rights. The term is often used to criticize authoritarian regimes that use moral or religious justifications to suppress dissent and maintain control. **
